Clear Checks and Practical Maintenance

EVs may not require engine oil changes, but they still rely on important systems that need routine attention. Our IMI Level 3 qualified team at Audi VW Centre carries out structured inspections, including cabin filters, high-voltage battery health readings where appropriate, and visual assessments of charging ports and cables.

Support for Warning Lights and Everyday Use

When a dashboard message appears, or charging seems slower than usual, Audi VW Centre offers clear guidance to help drivers in Melksham understand what may be happening. We use diagnostics to read fault codes and assist in identifying the next steps, whether that involves a simple reset, a component replacement, or further monitoring. We provide helpful advice on everyday care, such as maintaining charge levels and planning service intervals. Our goal is to offer a friendly, reliable service, backed by IMI Level 3 qualified expertise, that makes sure EV owners stay mobile and safe.

Audi VW Centre is a member of the IMI and the 1Tec Auto Hub network, giving you the reassurance of working with a garage that meets recognised industry standards and has access to the latest diagnostic technology and technical training.
